After my 10-year-old daughter was diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder, I found myself drowning in my daughter’s daily drama, desperate for tools to help keep us both afloat. After years of training and hundreds of clients, I authored the book, Emotional 911: For Parents. Now, in these tumultuous times for youth, I am focused on sharing Teen Anxiety 911 tools.
