A fierce advocate for mental health and self-worth, Dr. Erica is best known for creating G.E.M.S.® (Girls Empowered, Motivated, and Strong). This transformational program has impacted hundreds of girls ages 8 to 18, helping them discover their voice, build self-esteem, and grow into confident, empowered young women.
