Charles Sadnick

Charles Sadnick, better known online as Twwk, is a writer and the director of Beneath the Tangles (BtT), a site dedicated to exploring the intersection of anime and Christianity. A lifelong fan of storytelling in its many forms, he writes about literature, film, and pop culture with a particular focus on anime and its deeper themes. In addition to his work on BtT, he has contributed to Area of Effect magazine, Anime News Network, Thy Geekdom Come, and other books and outlets. With a background in history and education, Charles brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to his work, engaging readers in discussions on faith, culture, and narrative. He is a husband, father, University of Texas at Austin alumnus, and child of God.
