My life has been 40 years of dedication to the business of technology, but throughout this time I have always felt something was missing - almost as if there was something I had forgotten to do.

My three novels under the title 'Songs and Portobellos' are the result of me finding some long-lost notebooks that contained stories that I had written as a teenager. When I re-read the stories after many years, I was very taken by their beautiful clarity, which was a gift that I no longer seemed to possess. I was inspired to novelise them, and thereby started a journey of finding the voice that was of me but not mine anymore.
