His 'one million excess customer interactions as a nightlife impresario in downtown Manhattan at the iconic and now legendary Sullivan Room for a dozen years is his PHD in humanity. Also, his time in the U.S Army where he served under a KKK Sergeant as his supervisor for 5 months was a lesson in patience and tolerance like no other.
