Mini is a Poet, writer, teacher, and spiritual practitioner whose work centers on trauma, attachment, and healing through lived experience and language along with Buddhist insight. Her poetry and prose give voice to what is often carried silently in the body such as grief, inherited pain, longing, and the search for meaning in life.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Buddhist Studies and prefers to teach from direct experience rather than learned theory. She offers practical tools for working with and overcoming suffering, emotional pain, and intergenerational trauma. Her words are shaped not only by her studies, but mainly by her years of survival, observation, and deep listening.
Mini was invited to lead an international Zoom teaching titled “Unbinding the Cords of Attachment” using mindfulness and Buddhism. What began as a thirty minute talk organically evolved into a two hour global Q&A, where participants shared their individual personal struggles and received guidance grounded in compassion, clarity, and real life application.
Mini is the author of multiple books, including her latest work, “Echoes from Within the Marrow”, which explores the psychological and emotional legacy of the Partition of 1947 and the transmission of trauma across generations. Through poetic language and reflective inquiry, her writing examines how unresolved history lives and moves in the body, relationships, and in identity.
At the core of her work is her belief that words can express what the body remembers. Her poetry creates a space for recognition, release, and healing, especially for those who are navigating long standing trauma, loss, and unhealthy attachments. She writes poetry for everyone like herself, who have endured suffering quietly, she offers language as a bridge between pain and understanding both of which can ultimately lead to healing.
