Glenn Leach

Glenn Leach is a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer for the nation's largest VA mortgage lender, NMLS #112932. He has over 40 years of experience in Finance, Sales, Business, Management, Teaching, & Training. He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Strategic Communications from Washington State University, where he previously earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business: Hotel & Restaurant Administration. After earning his BA, he returned to school and earned a Washington State Teaching Certificate from Pacific Lutheran University with endorsements in History, Economics, Social Studies, English, Language Arts, and Drama.

Glenn began his career as a Loan Officer in 2002. From 2010-2014 he was awarded the Premier Partner honor from Washington State Housing Finance Commission for being Top 10 in the State of Washington for Down Payment Assistance originations. In 2015 he began his focus on VA loans and since that time he has been in the Top 10% of VA originators.

He met his Bride of 40 years at a music competition during high school and they have been making beautiful music together ever since. He loves spending time with his 3 adult children, his two incredible grandchildren, and his wiener dog Lily. Time spent singing, gardening, and hiking outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and running indoors on his NordicTrack Treadmill bring joy and balance to his hectic life as a producing loan officer, writer, and full time student.
