Joe C. Nelson

Dr. Joe Nelson, DSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker, professor, and clinician. He earned his Doctor of Social Work from the University of Kentucky, a Master of Social Work from the University of Louisville, and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Dr. Nelson owns and operates JClinic LLC, where he provides therapy, training, and consultation. With advanced certifications in sex addiction, betrayal trauma, and more than 17 additional specialties, he brings extensive expertise to his work. He is committed to serving individuals and families from all communities and cultures, offering a respectful and inclusive approach to healing and growth.
