My name is Michael-Don Smith I am an Accredited Business Master Coach, Speaker and Facilitator with over 35 years of experience in business, education and training.

My Story? At 6 I left Jamaica for England. My 17th Birthday was also my first day in the Royal Air Force. At 28 I moved into the corporate world with Cable & Wireless, enjoyed the 'dot com' era as an independent Telecom management consultant, at 39 I began my business & personal development organisation, Mindstyle. Where I pursue my life mission and purpose.
