Dr. Marcy Roan is a distinguished educator with an extensive career encompassing various roles such as classroom teacher, district coach, school administrator, and leadership coach, and Chief Academic Officer.

Under her leadership, schools experienced substantial growth gains and witnessed a commendable reduction in disproportionate discipline measures. Within a span of less than three years, she successfully elevated her schools’ performance through a focus on instructional excellence and reflective practice.

As a principal leadership coach, Dr. Roan's expertise has extended to guiding elementary, middle, and high school leaders in enhancing instructional leadership and fostering sustainable student achievement. Coaching leaders using high leverage strategies led to significant progress, achieving or exceeding growth standards in the last two years.
