Dr. Williams has always been a high-energy, conscious, goal-driven individual. Since his late teens, he has had a flair for being innovative, creative, and a problem-solver. After attending Richmond Lenox EMS for his Emergency Medical Technician license and Wayne County Community College for his paramedic license, being a Detroit native, Dr. Williams began his career path by working for the Detroit Fire Department as a paramedic in 1998.
After working 17 years for the Detroit Fire Department, Eric decided to accept a position at the Detroit Medical Center (DMC) Detroit Receiving Hospital as an Executive Head Liaison where he gained extensive experience in quality service and earned promotions to Senior Advocate over DMC Hospitals. Dr. Williams found himself intrigued by the world of Quality Improvement he interfaced with daily thus, when an opportunity arouse to go back to school, Dr. Williams jumped at the chance.
Dr. Williams attended Oakland Community College graduating with an associate degree in Liberal Arts and Wayne County Community College graduating (Suma Cum Laude) in 2011 with an Associate of Arts (AA). In addition, Dr. Williams received a Bachelor of Science in Business Quality Systems Management, a Masters’s Degree in Business (MBA), and a Doctorate in Business Administration, Global Leadership Change (Suma Cum Laude) Top of his class.
Having an enthusiastic attitude and a sincere passion for delivering value and benefits, Dr. William’s focus is on receiving as much knowledge as he can in regard to business, so that he may find ways to apply it to his current and future jobs. Today, Dr. Williams resides in West Bloomfield, Michigan where he is married. Dr. Williams enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with his family. Throughout the year Dr. Williams has repeatedly proved his ability to rise above diverse and challenging situations while staying energized about achieving his goals. While seeking his next opportunity and creating steps in his career, Dr. Williams continues to maintain the vision and goals he has set for his personal life while continuing to work in his personal business of Financial Planning and Tax Preparation.
