Joel Tarling

Joel Tarling is an artist working in illustration, graphic design and early childhood education. He lives and works in the Inner West of Sydney, Australia with his wife and young daughter.

At high school he did work experience with renowned Sydney artist Martin Sharp, and wrote a series of comic zines called “Dopey Tales”. Since 2020, he has been writing and illustrating children’s picture books, including “Alex’s House” and “Alex’s Hotel”.
