Javier Herrera Cervantes

Pastor Javier Herrera Cervantes has been in pastoral ministry for over 25 years. He served as a professor at the Baptist Theological Seminary in Santiago de Cuba and has mentored numerous leaders and ministries. Throughout his ministry, he has discipled many believers, and God has blessed him with the opportunity to see a multiplication of those disciples.

He has been an international speaker in Brazil, Canada, Ecuador, and Spain, and has collaborated with both the International Mission Board (IMB) and the Brazilian Mission Board. Pastor Javier has planted multiple churches in Cuba and helped organize a church in Mexico.

He holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Administration from the Londrina Theological Faculty in Brazil and a Doctorate in Theology from Faith Bible College in Missouri, USA. He planted and currently serves as the Pastor of Mercy Hill en Español in North Carolina.
