Catherine Middleton

In the workforce for over forty years, she has always championed the cause of promoting professional development opportunities for support staff, and as such became a volunteer for a none profit professional organization, the Australian Institute of Office Professionals (AIOP), an involvement that lasted over twenty years.

From 2011 she was appointed AIOP’s National President and Chair of the Board of Directors and recognized in 2013 for her contribution to the Institute with an Honorary Life Membership (HLM) and, became a ‘Fellow’ of the Institute upon gaining her Diploma of Management.

In 2014, she become a small business operator and founded OFFICE Dynamics Adelaide, where she assisted administration managers to enhance business operations. In 2020 she embarked on a new arm of the business, Career Management with Confidence, aimed primarily at executive support staff, assisting them to pursue their career aspirations through a targeted Mentoring for Success Program.

A published Author, Speaker and Workshop Facilitator she looks at strategies for ‘Strengthening the Dynamics between the Executive and their Assistant’ in order to create the Dynamic Duo, with a view to create Excellence in the C-Suite.

Catherine aspires to be the catalyst that inspires people to be the best they can be in achieving their career goals.
