Pamela Edwards

Pam is a retired elementary school teacher, whose first loves are history, reading and writing. As a child and Army brat, she moved frequently and lived in different parts of the world, experiencing many ocean voyages in the process, none as horrific as the one experienced by the passengers in the book, Children of the Hector. At retirement, she was free to work on her writing. Her first book, a children's picture book, Oliver Has Something to Say! was published in 2007. The French version is titled Les Mots d' Oscar.

In 2020, a novel of historical fiction, Children of the Hector, co-authored with long-time friend, Ann Louise Stevens, was published.

She is now working on another children's story, a picture book to appeal to four to six year olds.
