Vandana Adnani

Meet Vandana Adnani, HR and workforce management expert and founder of Vision Desk. She has a Masters degree in HR management and a degree in Image Management and Soft Skills training. Vandana has 18 years HR experience in multinational and local companies based in the UAE. She has been recognized on several occasions for her contribution to the companies she has worked with and received many awards.

Vandana’s goal is to groom and mentor a million entrepreneurs and turn their companies into billiondollar businesses. She also hopes to help women entrepreneurs to help them achieve their true potential and gain financial independence.

Aligning employees with business goals and providing companies with strategic advice on HR tools for effective management are Vandana’s key skills. Originally from Delhi, India, Vandana is a doting mother to a boy and her hobbies include traveling, reading and cooking.

Something not many people know about Vandana is that she dreams to pursue theatre at some point in her life. Her mantras for success are believe in yourself, work smart and not hard! Vandana lives by the dictum that every problem opens doors to new opportunities.
