Christina Hageny is the President and Founder of Valor Payroll Solutions, launched in 2020. Under her leadership, the company has rapidly grown into a trusted partner for small businesses, delivering tailored payroll services with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and personalized service. In 2024, Christina was honored as the Oklahoma Payroll Professional of the Year for her contributions to the industry.
With 14+ years of experience in payroll, including roles as an internal payroll professional, service provider, and PEO expert, Christina’s knowledge covers payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and benefits administration. She holds the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designations, along with licenses in property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
Christina is passionate about advocating for payroll as a vital industry, regularly participating in industry events and mentoring the next generation of payroll specialists. Outside of work, she enjoys CrossFit, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two young sons, bringing her drive and dedication to every aspect of her life.
