Laure le Douarec

With 21 years experience in consulting for clients such as EY, Sodexo, Nestlé, BNP Paribas, EDF, Enedis, European Investment Fund, French Ministry of Sustainable Development, Carrefour, European Microfinance Network, Allianz, as well as SMEs, Laure is the founder and President of Sen.

She knows multinationals from the inside as she worked as an internal consultant in HR and Corporate Social Responsibility roles between London, Chicago and Paris, in BP, Schneider Electric and EY for 10 years.

Laure is also savvy on the NGO sector as she co-founded a charity in 2009 -2d4b- to help citizens find collectively wise ideas. In that part of her work, she explores feminine leadership, couples sustainability and the connection between body and mind, leveraging nidan (2nd dan) practice of aïkido.

Beyond both her Masters (Science Po Paris and Bath University in the UK), Laure is certified in "Appreciative Inquiry", "Polarity thinking" and "SIMA coaching". She also got trained on Leadership Embodiment, and embodied facilitation to integrate the body in her work.

In 2016, she published in French a Practical Guide on Collective Intelligence to enhance results and dynamism from gatherings.

Happily married mother of 3 children, she is based in Bretagne in France where she is experimenting permaculture.
