RAQUEL RAELYNN

Raquel Raelynn Simpson is a Black-American writer, born and raised in rainy Washington state. She is a twin, the second youngest of ten, and always jokes that she came out of the womb writing. English was always her favorite subject and her teachers stoked that love of reading and writing, making her believe she can be anything. Now, she makes it her mission to write books that underrepresented people can see themselves in, and doesn’t hesitate to write Black women in all facets of fiction. She has no set genre, writing wherever her mind and passion takes her.
