After conducting extensive research and working closely with educators, I have developed an innovative and comprehensive program that aims to instill a love for reading and foster crucial literacy skills in young readers. As the author of this program, I bring 30 plus years of experience teaching phonics to young children in both the classroom and one-to-one settings. Through my work and expertise as an RBT Therapist, Reading Specialist and Early Childhood educator with various positions over the years. I have honed my skills in delivering phonics instruction to every child, that is engaging, effective, and tailored to their needs. My passion for fostering a lifelong love of reading and my deep understanding of early learning principles have driven me to create this impactful educational resource. As part of my role as a Early Childhood Educator and RBT therapist, I have been actively involved in developing phonics curriculum for preschool and kindergarten. This experience has allowed me to understand the developmental progression of phonics skills and create a comprehensive program that meets the specific needs of young learners. I have participated in numerous professional development workshops and training sessions focused on phonics instruction for young children. These experiences have deepened my understanding of best practices in phonics education and equipped me with a diverse range of instructional strategies to engage and support young learners. Throughout my career, I have witnessed firsthand the positive impact of play-based phonics instruction on children's reading abilities. My students have shown significant progress in their phonics skills, reading fluency, and overall enjoyment of reading. Their success fuels my passion for creating effective phonics programs.
