Public service and "people" have always been Stella Tokar’s guiding passion for living life professionally and personally. Even while raising her children and following her military officer husband around the world, opportunity presented itself for Stella to make a difference in the lives of others. Mastering transition, she viewed change as opportunity to reinvent herself and find new ways to lead and be involved.

No matter whether she works along- side the highest of ranking military and civilian leaders, foundations to meet needs of those at the lowest point in life or anyone in-between, Stella finds fulfillment in living up to her life purpose d to advance the welfare of others.
