Monica E. Biggs, Ed.D. is a consultant with 30 years of experience assisting organizations in the areas of leadership development, team building, and culture change. A major focus of her work has been coaching leaders to develop the skills needed to cultivate partnerships and build consensus across different individuals and groups in the midst of turbulent change. In addition to managing her own independent consulting practice, Monica has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. since 1997. She has taught diversity and systems leadership at Russell Sage College, Troy, NY. She holds a M.S. degree in Human Resource Development from The American University, Washington, D.C., and an Ed.D. from The George Washington University.
