James Ellis III (jamesellis3.com) is an ordained Baptist preacher who has lived out the pastoral calling in various capacities, presently as a Lead Pastor though he also spent years serving in chaplaincy at Christian universities and colleges. Born in Japan, he came of age in Maryland and since then has resided in six more states as well as Canada. He is a graduate of Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, George W. Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University, and the University of Maryland in addition to earning his Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) at Western Theological Seminary in 2020. James is a proud introvert who prioritizes being physically active, practicing photography, getting tattoos every so often, and spending as much time as possible with his wife. To love him is to know that he is not built to digest wasabi or blackberries.
