I started my journey in a wheelchair when I was six years old. So, that became my “normal” and I’ve never felt sorry or sad because this is THE ME I came here to be!

What’s more, my pretty in pink power chair seems to sparkle even brighter when I’m in the driver’s seat and I’m grateful for my wheelchair which gave me the ability to:

• Travel to eight counties and fifteen US states

• Go away to college and live in a dorm

• Earn 4 college degrees

• Pursue a career in writing

• Get married and divorced

• Carry my baby to full-term and deliver him naturally

• Become a published author
