Caroline M. Sabbah, L.L.L. (Law), CNP, ACC, Functional Nutritionist and Coach.
Caroline combines functional nutrition and coaching with the science of nutritional genomics (genetics/DNA testing), and Human Design for greater women’s health and well-being. She addresses women as a whole-- from the gut to the brain, from the heart to the mind, and all that is in between.
Caroline’s core mission is to empower women with the knowledge and understanding of how their unique mind and body work with the insight of genetics and Human Design. Recognizing these connections will guide them towards their potential for health and well-being and help them reconnect with their inner medicine.
Caroline started her career path as a litigation lawyer and mediator and is no stranger to high stress and chronic health issues as she went through her own struggles with chronic disease. She lives in Toronto, Canada with her two wonderful children that fill her heart with joy and her loving and supporting husband. They have two crazy dogs and a Guinea pig that light up their days. She is a caregiver to her lovely mother with Alzheimer’s disease. This role has given her a first-hand understanding of the fear of losing oneself. Her fuel for her mission of empowering women with their health and well-being is through the lessons she has learned in caring for her mother and her own health. In her free time, if she’s not reading or learning something new, you’ll find her walking, hiking, biking, or skiing in nature, or in her other joyful place, a tennis court.
