Adam Berg

Adam was born in New York City. His father, Cherney, was a television writer and author and his mother, Dorothy was a psychologist. He was raised in the Gramercy Park neighborhood of Manhattan, attended the Ethical Culture School and graduated from the Fieldston High School. He has a sister, Carlotta who has continued in their mother’s field as a licensed clinical therapist.

Adam attended McGill University where he explored his love of history, graduating with a B.A. in that discipline. Sports interests included joining the ski and fencing teams. After graduating he moved back to Manhattan and began work in the Entertainment Industry, starting as an Agent Trainee in the fabled mailroom of the William Morris Agency.

Several years of work representing actors, writers and radio personalities lead him to a career as an agent in the corporate world, representing brands and trademarks, finding a satisfying and fulfilling home in the Licensing Industry.

Today, he uses his experience representing industry and category leader brands, radio program host and producer, guest columnist for a local newspaper, working with trade associations, retail display and infrastructure design and manufactuing firms to present himself as an experienced, insightful, engaging, entertaining sales and selling personality to bring his unique perspectives forward both as a published author and public speaker.

Adam has been married to his wife Diane for 37 years. They have three sons; David, Mark and Greg each of whom is pursuing their own careers in diverse fields such as professional musicianship, small business funding and cutting-edge urban photography.

Mrs. Berg is a Montessori trained educator with a Master's in special education and worked as the Director of Education at the Kennedy Center for Child Studies in New York City. Today she works as a teacher in the Paterson, NJ school system and provides advisory services as a Parent/Child advocate in her own practice.

Adam developed many interests growing up which he still enjoys today. These include skiing, fencing, backpacking and hiking, model railroading, watercolor painting and reads history, classic literature and science books. After moving out of Manhattan, he developed a passionate, but unfortunate, love of golf. The saving grace of golf is two of three sons also love it and they golf together often.

Diane and Adam live in Wayne, NJ.
