Vlasta Sopociova

Vlasta, a single mom, is an author and illustrator of children's books. She was inspired to write books by her son who was as voracious reader. She wanted to create books that her son could identify with and find something he was passionate about. Vlasta also drew ideas from the children of her friends and family as well as the random kids she met in the playground.

Vlasta is passionate about the power of storytelling and believes that it has the ability to transport people to another world, regardless of age. She hopes that her books will bring a magical experience to both children and adults who read them.
