I'm not young anymore, but I've been writing poetry for a long time. I started when I was fifteen and then I never stopped. I write abstract, evocative poems that refer to a world that is beyond ours and that also pervades and directs us. They are full of burning, unusual, unexpected metaphors, how unexpected will be what we will find ourselves when we are far from this reality. You won't find the usual love/heart rhymes, and the endless jeremiads about finished loves and those still to be started and the like. Here we are far from all this; it is a journey into the self and beyond, which draws on inspiration and also on the unconscious, on bright and blinding figurations that are also inside each of us; but which are perceived only in particular moments. My poem aims to show you just these. We need to let ourselves be carried away by this dazzling river that is waiting for us to carry us away. We need to escape from routine to think of something more noble. I wait for you! Enjoy the reading!
