Lance Howard is an author, recording artist, public speaker, and holistic integration mentor who focuses on human identity, and purpose and their correlation to leadership, team-development, and organizational culture. THV (The Healing Voice) is the name of his brand.

Lance used his interest and studies in music, psychology, philosophy, religion and spirituality, and ancient languages to create his brand and teachings. He has published five books, four audio singles, and two albums which are available on all major music streaming platforms.
