Florian Kreis

Dr. Florian Kreis is Certified Specialist Lawyer in Commercial and Corporate Law as well as in Banking and Capital Markets Law. He has also successfully completed the Certified Specialist Courses for Tax Law and for Insolvency Law. Dr. Florian Kreis is mainly active in the area of Corporate and M&A. One of his main areas of practice is advising and representing clients in the formation of companies, shareholder disputes, conflict resolution, reorganizations and restructurings, corporate finance (private equity / venture capital), corporate transactions (M&A), corporate succession and advising corporate bodies on entrepreneurial decisions. In addition, he advises companies and their executive bodies in crisis and insolvency.

Dr. Florian Kreis regularly gives lectures and seminars on Corporate Law topics at associations and chambers of commerce, as well as in education for Certified Specialist Lawyers. Together with Alexander Singer, he is the author of the handbook "Singer/Kreis: Gesellschafterstreit" (Haufe-Verlag 2018). Furthermore, he is co-author of "Feld/Mendelson/Kreis: Venture Deals" (Wiley-VCH 2023), a handbook for venture capital financing.
