Ken Winkler

Ken Winkler is a writer and director specializing in horror and dark fantasy. His award-winning feature film, Kiss the Abyss, earned international DVD distribution, along with streaming availability on Amazon Prime and Youtube TV.

He contributed two stories to Hellraiser: Anthology II, published by Clive Barker's Seraphim Inc., and his debut collection of stories and poems, Old Dread No. 9, will be released by Encyclopocalypse Publications in January, 2023.

Ken holds a bachelor's degree in film production from Cal State Long Beach, and has worked as a professional producer, writer, and director in a variety of formats for over twenty years.

He lives with his wife and rescue pup in La Mirada, California.
