Bryan Barrera

Bryan Barrera is CEO of LC Innovation International Corp., a consulting firm specializing in executive leadership development. LC innovation represents clients with cutting edge technology spanning across several industries, including but not limited to 3D printing, sustainability, climate action, and collaborative/autonomous robotic management systems. Bryan has over 15 years of experience as a sales, marketing, strategy, and operations Executive. Experience includes player development and CRM creation, management from the gaming industry, and manufacturing for several Fortune 500 OEM’s listed in MPO’s annual Top 30 Medical Device Companies report. Bryan graduated from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School with an MBA in the President’s and Key Executives program and is now a PhD candidate from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in industrial organizational psychology. Bryan is also a mentor and content expert for RevHub OC’s Catalyze Impact program at UC Irvine’s Beall Applied Innovation Center and is a former advisor for UC Riverside’s extension program for transformative leadership in disruptive times. Lastly, Bryan has written an Amazon bestselling book called Your Ego: The Real Reason Your Business is Failing which was an Amazon #1 new release and hit #21 overall in the Management and Leadership genres.
