Melody T Monroe

I am the daughter of retired pastors and was, therefore, basically raised in the church. I used to love hearing congregants testify about the goodness of the Lord during a segment of our services called devotions (testimony service) years ago. Hence, Winning Over Whatever: The Ultimate WOW Factor! is the fruit of seeds planted in church throughout my adolescence. Outside of writing, I serve as a National Board Certified music teacher in Maryland where I strive daily to help instill a joy of singing and an overall passion for music in my students. I discovered my passion for writing with my first publication, Pete Cluckington and the Others, which was inspired by an original song. Although Winning Over Whatever is not my first publication, it is my first in the Inspirational/ Christian genre and the first for which I am a #bookexcellenceawards finalist!
