“One of L’s strengths is his intuitive skill in organizational consulting. [His] excellent ability to see the big picture, think systemically, and give direct feedback on what he sees has contributed great value to my organization.”
“L, I have to tell you that this has been the best seminar experience in my career. That is entirely thanks to you. Your expertise and delivery were tremendous.”
“[He] consistently went to the Nth degree in preparing for and facilitating our offsite. We were six individuals working in different directions with a lot of negative, unproductive feelings. He channeled our negativity into a positive path which set us on a true team course. No one in our group thought this quiet, calm facilitator had a chance of bringing 6 aggressive individuals together in such a monumental fashion. He proved us wrong! We are now united!”
“L has always helped me achieve breakthroughs. He consolidates, synthesizes in an analytical, creative way that sustains energy and motivates me to press on.”
“I view L as someone you can count on to get the job done and done well.”
