Cathey Kuo

Catherine "Cathey" Kuo is an 8-figure real estate investor and a serial entrepreneur who has founded a 7-figure business as well as multiple 6-figure businesses. During her journey, she learned many valuable lessons through failures and became a big believer in failing forward and sharing how she overcame those challenges to help others. Cathey is a child of first-generation immigrants from Taiwan and has overcome many personal and professional challenges to achieve what she has today. Although she learned many lessons the hard way through experience and failures, she still credits a lot of her success to the amazing guides and mentors she’s had the privilege of learning from throughout her life. Today, Cathey is a living example of the American Dream. Her purpose now, in what she considers her 2nd phase of her life, is to light the way for others by utilizing the connections, experiences, and resources from her unique journey.

Cathey is a big believer that you can have your cake and eat it too; she is now financially free, purpose driven, and happily married. She has been with her husband Robert for 7 years and today they are thriving together; both personally and professionally. However, their lives and relationship have not always been smooth-sailing. Like any other successful endeavor, there were many challenges to overcome along the journey; they were able to ‘grow’ through and not just ‘go’ through the challenges together. As such, she is excited to share her story of achieving balance and holistic success in both life and love to illuminate the path for others.

Cathey's current business endeavors include serving as the Broker and a License Partner for Engel & Volkers Las Vegas, Asset Manager for an 8-figure commercial real estate investment portfolio, YouTuber, Podcast Host for 2 podcasts: RealRichWomen & Unfiltered Conversations with Cathey, as well as selectively assisting her legacy Commercial Real Estate clients and personal friends with their real estate transactions. In addition, Cathey is a member of the Forbes Business Council, serves as the Strategic Alliance Partnership Chair for Entrepreneurs Organization Las Vegas, the Founder of her non-profit organization “Female Founders Foundation”, and an Amazon best-selling author of the book “Lead Like a Woman: Audacity”.
