Jennifer Medhurst AKA “the imperfect nutritionist” is a registered nutritionist, and author of the “7 Principles of Healthy Eating.”

Jennifer was named one of TikTok's top 100 creators, and has built a growing online community both through her weekly newsletter, and TikTok and Instagram accounts, reaching more than 1.5 Million people to date. Soon after she started practising as a nutritionist, she noticed that no matter what aspect of a client’s health she was dealing with, there were common principles that underpinned any nutrition plan she was writing. She began to wonder if these principles could be grouped together to form the foundation of any healthy diet? Thus The Imperfect Nutritionist was born.

Jennifer believes that our individual backgrounds, preferences and needs mean that everyone will have their own imperfectly perfect way of eating. She also argues that these needs can change on a daily basis, meaning there is no one size fits all when it comes to nutrition – it’s personal and unique to everyone.

Her accessible yet evidence-based approach empowers people through education to confidently make the right decisions for their own unique body and ultimately afford them as long and healthy a life as possible.
