David C. Rice

David C. Rice attended Phillips Exeter Academy, Harvard University, and the University of California at Berkeley, and has worked as a psychologist for fifty years. He has been writing tanka for thirty-plus years and edited the Tanka Society of America's triannual journal from 2012-2019.
