Chad Vuyovich

Chad Vuyovich is the creator of the Building a Winning Business Model book series, developed to help middle managers gain the knowledge and perspective needed to step into executive roles—many of which were left vacant in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The series is grounded in Chad’s unique combination of education, experience, and real-world leadership.

He began his career as an enlisted U.S. Army soldier, specializing in the maintenance of Military Intelligence equipment and applications. Over time, he expanded his expertise by earning an undergraduate degree in Engineering, followed by a Master of Business Administration and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. He also completed Acquisition and Systems Engineering certification programs through the Defense Acquisition University.

Chad’s professional experience spans a wide range of roles, including technology maintainer, requirements analyst, technical writer, systems engineer, technology developer, program manager, and executive leader. This diverse background provides him with a rare, end-to-end perspective on successfully managing Department of Defense and federal contracts, as well as identifying truly innovative technologies for modern military and law enforcement applications.

Building on this foundation, Chad went on to establish a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), where he focuses on helping other small businesses launch, grow, and scale within the Department of Defense, federal agency, and aerospace sectors.

At his core, Chad is guided by a strong personal code rooted in honesty, integrity, and doing what is right—even when it comes at a personal cost. While these values may not always maximize profit, they have enabled him to build lasting, meaningful relationships throughout his career.

Chad’s deeper purpose continues to evolve, but his commitment to serving others remains constant. Through writing, public speaking, community involvement, and mentorship, he consistently seeks to elevate those around him. He finds greater fulfillment in helping others achieve greatness than in personal recognition.

These principles were instilled in him by his late father, who passed in 2013 and was widely respected throughout the Gulf Coast community. Today, Chad strives to live up to that legacy—aiming to reflect even a fraction of the character and impact his father demonstrated throughout his life.
