Kelly Emrick PhD

With extensive experience in healthcare leadership, I have had the privilege of leading in academic medical centers, community health systems, and joint ventures, both for-profit and non-profit, while also providing in-depth consulting services. As Director, COO, and CEO, I have led imaging, cardiology, neurology, vascular, and other ancillary service departments, driving operational improvements, enhancing quality, and ensuring financial stability, all crucial to success in the healthcare industry. I am also actively involved in research and writing, with a particular focus on the intersection of leadership, science, and operational performance. My work encompasses imaging services, quality management, fiscal management, population health, and AI-driven care standards to improve healthcare efficiency and patient outcomes. Additionally, I have multiple U.S. patents and have authored numerous publications. I hold a doctorate in Health Sciences with a focus on leadership, a doctorate in Healthcare Management, a PhD in Healthcare Management, an MBA in Healthcare Finance and Accounting, and finally a Bachelor of Science in Radiological Sciences and Business. Outside of my professional endeavors, I am passionate about writing, wellness coaching, and hypnotherapy, all of which contribute to improving individual healthcare and well-being.
