I am an avid reader (especially of American and British "classic" literature and works of a theological nature) who is a life-long resident of central Michigan. My life experiences as a late diagnosed autistic person are reflected in my characters and attention to small details. The greatest joys in my life are my family, reading, writing, travel, community building volunteer work, and working with people, pets, and plants. My passion is to inspire young adults to seek the real hero in themselves, despite their personal struggles, hardships, or barriers. Though I am fueled by good coffee, literature, and volunteerism, I look to faith and my family and friends for inspiration. I am never disappointed with the results. We all have the ability to make the world a better place. We have to make the effort and look for little ways to actually do it. One person at a time.
