Gary Yong

I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and all of my education, from kindergarten through medical school, was in Chicago as well. I am married, with six children and three grandchildren. I was a family physician, on staff at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, and had a private practice in Lombard, Illinois. After forty-one years of having the privilege to serve the Lombard community, I retired in 2021, and, among other things, decided to complete the novel that I had started thirty-plus years ago.
