Rachel is an author of two books, an award-winnng artist, speaker and advocate. She’s
deeply passionate about the dynamics of interpersonal relationships and teaches healthcare professionals, educators and businesses about effective communication as the necessary skill in understanding others, drawing out their
strengths and embodying connection and humanity in high context cultures.
She brings art, science and lived experience to help people collaborate effectively, achieve
positive outcomes, feel seen, heard and understood and communicate clearly.
She lives with her husband, three step-sons and shares the legacy of her daughter Evie in many aspects of her
work and life.
