Kenneth holds an MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and an MFA in Creative Writing, uniquely blending the analytical with the intuitive. His approach to leadership and strategy is grounded in presence and purpose, often inspired by the principles of mindfulness and simplicity. In addition to his work in organizational consulting, he is an award-winning haiku poet and the founder of Live a Haiku Life, a mindfulness initiative focused on intentional living through the lens of poetry and observation.
He is the author of six books, including five poetry collections. He currently lives in Vail, Arizona with his wife, Cory Lynn, and their three pets.
