Rianne Bruty

Rianne Bruty is a prolific author of books and articles on puberty. She is passionate about the topic and, being a teacher, has a personal vocation towards providing pre-teens & teens with guidance on Puberty. She has a pragmatic approach to answer all the questions she also had at the time and finds herself answering them too both at home (to a girl aged 8 and a boy aged 5) and at school, where she has taught children of all ages (4 to 16).

Her passion for writing started after obtaining a BA Hons Degree in English Literature from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge; where she returned a few years later, after giving birth to her son, to complete a Masters in Creative Writing.

Rianne aims to find ways to provide the answers that once she wished she had, from woman to woman, always taking in mind the challenges she herself experienced at the time or she currently sees whilst teaching (both to children and to their parents). Her mission with 'Girls Growing Up - A Positive Puberty Guide' is to provide the tools to help girls feel safe and happy throughout Puberty.
