Cecil W Messer

Cecil Messer presented spiritual teachings of many traditions for twelve years at the Krotona Institute of Theosophy, Ojai, CA. He is a practitioner of Tibetan Buddhist meditation and a retiree of the NASA Space Program Science and Engineering Team. Born in rural Alabama, he currently resides in the mountains of North Carolina.
