Paula Kosin is a licensed clinical professional counselor, speaker, and writer. She is a grief support group facilitator, member of a hospice vigil team, and Certified Grief Educator (David Kessler). Over the years, she developed expertise helping individuals through life transitions, particularly those who are grieving. She was invited to write the book "Grieving: A Spiritual Process for Catholics" and be a contributing author in the book "Guide for Forming a Parish Bereavement Ministry,” containing her detailed chapter on setting up and facilitating a grief support group.
The span of her career has also included corporate training, career coaching, organizational development, and consulting. Presentations and workshops for all kinds of groups and professional conferences, as well as media interviews, have identified her as a thought leader in the career management field – and increasingly, grief education. Her writing has been published by USA Today and the Chicago Tribune. Paula has been interviewed by Chicago and national media.
Her deepest wish is expressed in her book’s dedication: “May this book find its way to those who need it most.”
