After nearly a decade of doing sales the wrong way, Red Stafstrom decided to rebuild all he knew about sales from scratch. No more manipulation and hard closing techniques. It became about building a sales process that worked for himself, his coworkers, his customers, and his companies. Rather than simply reading sales books, Stafstrom studies history, psychology, neurology, sociology and even fiction to get a better understanding of the human condition rather than simply repeating phrases from a 70-year-old sales book.
Red Stafstrom is now the founder of Broken Salespeople LLC and focuses on teaching salespeople and organizations emotionally intelligent sales processes that reduce employee churn and increase customer retention.
