As a chronic yo-yo dieter and binge eater, I never thought I would be helping hundreds of people lose weight in a healthy non restrictive way. Tipping the scales at 211 many years ago, I made the decision to get healthy and never looked back. I lost over 70 pounds and have kept it off. Once I learned how to be healthy and not only lose weight, but keep it off, I decided I would make a career change and my mission and purpose became helping others to get healthy with both food and fitness. It brings me great joy to help others stuck in the diet cycle of gaining and losing weight to finally achieve their goals and maintain their results. I take a very personal one on one approach to help individuals find what works best for them and coach them into healthy eating for life, offering freedom from the foods that once controlled their lives. It's not a restrictive diet where you feel deprived and hungry. On the contrary, you are learning how to eat for life and enjoying all the small pleasures food and drink can bring to our lives. We learn mindset tools, and behavior changes that help to change old habits and create new ones so you lose the weight you want, feel healthy and energized and find joy in the journey!
