Paul S James

Paul James was born and brought up in Gloucester, attending The Crypt School. He was elected to Gloucester City Council in 1996, at the age of 22, and served as a councillor for 24 years until standing down from the Council in 2020. He was Leader of the Council for over 12 years and held the regeneration portfolio for 16 years. He now works as Economic Development Lead for Cotswold District Council. Paul lives in Gloucester with his wife and two daughters.
