Brett Thomas

Brett Thomas is an expert on leadership, integral theory, and developmental psychology. In collaboration with Ken Wilber, he created the world's first "unifying theory of leadership" and wove together 100 years of leadership theory into a unified model that definitively explains which theories and approaches will work with which people and circumstances that also accurately predicts which leadership styles and approaches will be disastrous failures with which specific types of people and circumstances. He is a serial entrepreneur and leader working behind the scenes in more than a dozen humanitarian efforts under the umbrella of the international non-profit (501c3) he quietly founded years ago. He is the mentor, advisor, coach, and spiritual guide to hundreds of CEOs. Dozens of his clients (mentoring and coaching their executive teams) have scaled their companies from tens of millions to hundreds of millions in revenue and even to over a billion in some cases (while going from dozens to hundreds to thousands of employees), always with a "balanced scorecard" and "triple bottom line," meaning a rich, healthy, beloved culture never merely profit-seeking. He is one of the primary co-founders of the Conscious Capitalism movement which was started nearly two decades ago to make "business a force for good."
